About us - Board

 The Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the general representation body, in charge of the management of the Association’s activity.

The Board of Directors is composed of 5-11 members. It is chaired by the president, and it includes the vice-president, the secretary, the treasurer and members.  

The Board of Directors

  • executes the decisions made by the General Assembly;
  • establishes cooperation relationships with other similar organizations in Romania and abroad;
  • presents before the General Assembly the Annual Report on the Association’s Activities, proposals for the following year’s activities, and budget;
  • approves the organizational structure, and the levels of investments and credits;
  • is in the position of empowering one or more persons with executive functions, including persons that do not act as associate members or do not make part of the Association, in order to be able to conclude legal documents on the Association’s behalf or to perform any other attributions stipulated by the laws in force or Charter.

 

 The Romanian RWCT Association’s Board of Directors for 2012 -2017:

  • vice-president: Maria Kovacs
  • secretary: Gina Marian
  • treasurer: Constanța Stăncescu
  • member: Maria Pavelescu.
